The Same FriendsThe same friends who want me to go with the flow and be like the crowd are the same friends who need to remind me to think for myself and make my own decisions, The same friends who want me to fit into society are the same friends who need to remind me to be true to myself as well as be content with the things that I already have, The same friends who want me to loosen up and be carefree are the same friends who need to remind me that I only have one life to live and that I'm not the only one in this world, The same friends who want me to go out and socialize with other people are the same friends who need to remind me to pay attention to what's going on around me, And these are the same friends who need to remind me to stay close to them whenever we go off somewhere together and not wander off anywhere by myself, The same friends who want me to take responsibility for myself are the same friends who need to remind me that there will always be someone else that I'll have to answer to, And these are the same friends who need to remind me to respect my elders! The same friends who tell me that my parents are not going to be around me every twenty-four seven are the same friends who need to remind me to stay close to my parents, These are the same friends who need to remind me to take good care of my own children whenever I decide to have some! And these are the same friends who I'd like to give friendship to my husband when I get married as well as our children, These are the same friends that I'd like to remind me to be faithful to my husband and not to mess around on him! And these are the same friends who I'd like to be friends with even when we have grandchildren, These are the same friends who I'd like to attend my parents' funeral when they go to be with our First Love, These are the same friends whose children and grandchildren who I'd like to attend my funeral when my life is finished here, And these are the same friends who I want to remind me that there's a life after this one and they certainly want to see me in the afterlife!!!
