 sent
The other day. someone said, 'what advise would you give your younger self'?
Don't do drink or drugs? Avoid woman? Or look after your health?
Nope! None of those things, I'd tell him to always be an honest friend
And when the internet is invented, "Think!" before pressing "send"
Especially after nights out with the lads on the beer
Keep that computer turned off! stay well clear!
Get some red paint and draw a huge hex!
And with the mobile, the same rule applies with a  text!
If i had a pound for every time I've pressed send
And have messed up like no end
I'd be a millionaire by now
And if i could? I'd take them all back somehow
Random thoughts or a drunken vent
Have all been the subject of a 'sent'
When the internet first came into my room
I knew then, it would spell certain doom
A world that i never knew existed
Meeting people like me but even more twisted!
I mean, i was lucky, i had a life outside the net
More than others do, i bet!
Like the Matrix, all of us acting like our own personal Neo
Falling for the 'send' trap, then wishing NO!!!!!
So everyone out there who i wish i never pressed 'sent'
Except my apologies, for i now repent!
