Another Tumour, Oh What Humour!!So I've just been the doctors, And golly what a shock! I've got another bloody lump!! Now I'll get into that frock! Cos I guess I will shed fat with worry, Like yeah!! I bet I don't cos I wont fret! And after all, I always say… We're stuck with what we get! So I went to see the doc who cuts them out, But woe, oh woe is me! He wont do it cos it's a problem, Well aint that just typical me!! But I have decided, I have, That I aint gona worry, nope, not at all! Cos tumours and me go together, it seems! And I guess a healthy life for me… It slightly in my dreams!! So I have to go the hospital… To see what they can see, Cos it seems this one's a problem too! Oh woe is little fat old me! But the consolation for me is- That's a bit off my weight! So I think that I will worry, a tad, Cos that'll make me lose it, that's great!! So ok, I'm only joking, honest, Cos I'm really not that fat! But the tumour, nope, I'm afraid not so! So damn and ruddy drat to that!! So off will come this tumour, Oh golly but they like me, a lot! Cos they seem to be popping up everywhere! If I was a horse, I think I'd be shot!! But I'm not, so I guess that's it, I have another trial to face! But this better be the last one! Cos my mate in Heaven wont be my mate! Of course I'm only joking! But this is typical of difficult me! Cos I thought this last tumour was the last! But I'm a greedy cow you see! I cost the national Health a fortune! Cos all our medical stuff is free! So it's a damn good job I live here! Or I'd be dead by now you see! So there are plus's to everything, If you look to the positive that's true! And if you focus when you're in a mess, You'd be as strong as me too! So what you think? Really, I mean it!
