No one lives forever that's a fact
Not even Gods own diplomats
Goodness and grace will never leave your face
Not even in your eternal resting place
Like the dark angles of greed and hate

The illness of these special virtues
Have now been taken out on you
Why? No one knows? Not even the creator
Whenever, wherever I've asked him
He reminds me of my sin
I sit and wait for answers
You ever wondered how quick time passes
I often question whether he actually exists

We ignore the demons that squabble down below
But they are the ones running the show
Content with havoc and grief
They mock our made up belief
And whilst we worry about the price of the things
Those demons just add up sins
I f only we really knew

A big bang, bright light the Eden was never meant to be seen
Did Adam ever let Eve say goodbye?

Why does he choose the best for himself?
What does he think when he looks through his window
On his mess, that corrupts below
I think he rapes our souls and hearts
I find it amazing that even the powerful need a head start
We talk about unfairness, yet it's all unfair

Yet like fools we stand by him
This eternal light that shines so dim
A race that gets scared of the unexplained
And a conscious when our morals are stained
Stop looking for questions
And start asking suggestions
Do we care what the future brings?
