Thinking, just thinking, need a bird
How many times has my thoughts been heard
Nothing ever changes, nothing ever will
Same old story another headache, another pill
Another entity in my head
Another fantasy in my bed
Same old mates bored of pubs and getting pissed
Same old music on the jukebox, girls I've never kissed
The money tree forest has to be somewhere
But I am too damn lazy to care
Job, bird, car, expensive train fare, cold weather
The world stops for a while for the girl in leather
So many ideas, plans, new horizons waiting
Just thinking, mental masturbating
The chase? For what?
Always want what you have not got
Thinking just thinking, picking snot
Where it land no one knows
Probably attached to another thought tomorrow
I suppose I should stop drinking
Just thinking, just thinking!
