They say what goes around in life
Comes around it's so~
If we have experienced troubled lives
We could well be among those we know~
Their ability is strongest active will
A will that for all time will never die~
We really cannot converse with them
Regardless of how we try~
If they decide to hang about
It's their decision on their own~
Nothing we do can bring them out
Where they are is now their home~
Using boards and all the likes of same
Is an spiritual almost suicide~
As then you are asking anything at all
To come right to your side~
And that is not communication
It's annoying them no end~
As they feel we are being very silly
Often their feelings of this to us they send~
They do not have voice boxes
And they do not have our earthly ears~
So no use of us talking to them
As if we feel they are our peers~
They can however have within our minds
Have us hear what they wish to say~
If they wish to say anything at all
Taking trigonometry to kindergarten on the day~
They do have ever lasting memories
And do remember all of their past~
And as it is they do often return
To what they thought would always last~
But they are in the corridors between
Where they are to go and our right now~
Simply caught by love and sadness
And cannot let go somehow~
What we should all be doing here and now
Is concentrating on today one at a time~
And enjoy our every hour of it here
Not thinking about tomorrows wine~
