 National American baboon Day

I was reading the papers today
And to my complete dismay
I saw that on this day Latvia bans Americans
Calling them second rate civilians
Now I have been to America thought it was lovely
And the people were very friendly
Although very different to us Europeans
And even more different to the Eastern Europeans
Now my girlfriend is from Hungary
And she pointed out to me
That in Latvia they have national pin the cock day
On the president of the USA
It's a bit like bin the tail on the donkey game
But ever so slightly not the same
All the kids, woman and men gather in the town square
With a stuffed doll of the American President with coloured hair
They bleach the stars and stripes and throw eggs at it
And cuss and swear and shout and spit
They say that they will only stop this annual event each year
When the American president is a woman, black or queer
Well it appears that they may get their wish soon?
Until then they call this day April 1st the day of the American baboon!
