Needing And Wanting.

We all go through a stage,
Of needing something so bad,
And if we can't fulfil it,
That tends to make us sad.

We want for this and that,
And if we fail in our quest,
Tempers are flaring, eyes are glaring,
We're not feeling at our best.

Why can't people have patience?
And stop ruining peoples day,
Why can't they calm down?
Instead of having the very last say!

Why do they have to upset,
Everyone who's in their way,
Cause all sorts of problems,
Because 'they're' having a bad day!

We're not all miserable people,
And nor are we all a pain,
Coz after all, when said and done,
There's nothing for us to gain!

Why do people thrive...
On nastiness and hate?
Whats the reason behind it all?
Now there's a great debate!

I'd wreak havoc at conferences,
And I'd make my beliefs well heard,
I'd turn around all that's bad,
I'd let people know I cared!

Turn hate into love,
Turn war into peace,
Turn around all that's bad,
So hatred and nastiness will cease!

If I was a clever magician,
I'd weave a magic spell,
Turn away all that's bad,
And rid this world of hell!
