Pills, Potions And Medicines!
Pills, potions and medicines,
Yes, I'm on the lot,
I really must admit it,
I think I should be shot!
I take 22 tablets a day,
And my liver's up the wall,
The poor things got a lot to do,
And it's only very small.
But it always grows back,
So my doctor say's,
And I believe him, yes I do,
Cos I see him on most days!
He never would fob me off,
Cos he knows, I know the score,
So if there's ever a problem,
I'm always up for more.
I've never known a fella like him,
He's always on me case,
If there's ever a hickup,
He's there, right in my face.
But I wouldn't be without him,
For he's never let me down,
He just sorts me problems out,
And I've never seen him frown.
When I get to see a new doctor,
You shoul see their expression,
When they see my problems,
I'm my own biology lesson.
But hey, I think that's my forte',
To let them take their exams on me,
Cos to be honest, I'm a medical mess,
So I really do not mind!
I have to be quite honest though,
These pills and potions I'm on,
Well, some of them are like bullets,
And they really aint much fun!
I think some are made for horses,
Cos I'm telling you right now,
If I wasn't so sure…!
I'd think I must be the size of a cow!
It's a good job I've got a big gob,
Cos I'm really telling you straight,
If I only had a little gob,
I'd really be in a state!
Anyway, where was I…?
Oh of course me medication…
I could write a poem on them you know,
And put it on show for the nation!
Lmao, so I think I might!
