Lie to myself
I tell myself you didn't cheat
I tell myself I'm fine,
I tell myself it dosn't matter
And that i will some day beat her ass even though your sitll mine
I tell myself just forget about it
I tell myself it's worthless,
I tell myself it's over
Only if the pain would disapper.
I tell myself it's my falt
I tell myself i should just move on
I tell myself a lot of things,
Just to get through the days
I tell myself lies,
I tell myself denial,
I tell myself I can let you go
I tell myself you're the one,
Who put our love on trial.
I tell myself these things,
That my heart is safe on a shelf.
I tell myself so very often,
So maybe, one day I'll believe it myself...
