I'm a pilgrim on an earthly quest
Afar I've searched through hills and dales
With steadfast zeal my steps I've trod
To find the truth I am obsessed
I've seen the scars of battles lost
Amoung the jungles of Life's paths
I've travelled or'er far distant grounds
In search of truth, the world I've crossed
I've met the weak, the strong, the brave
Friends who've shared my pilgrim's search
The old, the young and mankind's best
And mourned the souls in silent graves
I've felt the sorrows of abandonment
Through winds of time which gently blew
I've looked for meaning to Life and Death
Neath the heavenly sky's vast firmament
