 Who's Counting?
Photobucket

Fifty years of wedded bliss
Who would have thought that just a kiss
Would start a trend of things to come
Today two hearts still beat as one

Her name Bernie and his name Ted
In 1958, May 3rd they'd wed
This loving couple, parents of four
Three sons and daughter Godsends adored

Strengthen by faith and family too
Their love for both would see them through
The good and bad, life's ups and downs
That keeps this marriage thriving and sound

His love for her will go unmeasured
Her love for him, his greatest treasure
Would seal the vows they undertook
In short in love, a storybook

There are but few who still today
Share fairy tales of yesterdays
With love, this match, that said it could
Would toast Fifty, that's years withstood

Happy 50th wedding anniversary to Bernie and Ted Full
