I put as much as I can into me
take a sip swallow pill do what I can to tolerate being this type of me for you drown out all the noise in my head Force myself to conform though I don't want to take a drink swallow pill Yes I do so much and it's all for you cause normalcy is what keeps you happy and it's all about the upkeep don't you feel comfortable sleeping next to me in our nightmare yes I know how my dreams blot out the sun light absorbed by all my dark analogy's but you don't seem to mind basking in your own light consumed in all the tricks you play yes its dark in here down in me it will get darker still when playing your way ceases to be fun little things they always seem to get past you in such big ways there you are hands palm up always reaching out when there's nothing left to gain the truth is hard but I swallow it for you stuff it down push it further into the hole that is me it's all for you what I have become Heather Crumley Vote for this poem
