 London in the Summer time
Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

London in the summer time
Is mighty fine
The girls wear their summer dresses
And my mind wanders and caresses
Big Ben sounds an hourly chime
London in the summer time

All cultures mingle together
In Londons gorgeous weather
People spread out from the pubs and cafes
London in the summer time, happy days
Criminals too busy sunbathing to do crime
London in the Summer time

There is a real buzz within the city
Everyone seems so happy
The smell of blossom from the trees
And the Embankments breeze
It's the only place to be, it's so divine
London in the summer time

The river Thames shimmers a golden
Amongst the architecture old and modern
Nelson looks from atop his column
Over a city that is never forgotten
A city so magical, a city that's mine
London in the summer time.
