Petals In The Grass

When We Die

Is there a heaven when we die?
Where are all the souls that said goodbye?
Can a camel pass through a needles eye?
Is there something above the sky?
A place where angels love to fly?
Should only the good need to apply?
Or should everyone give it a try?
What about that little white lie?
Is that enough to pass me by?
Will St. Peter harshly deny?
Sending me below to eternally fry?
I'm only human when asking why
To these questions I get no reply
