Love's Waves
Let us scamper and play
In waves crashing the shore,
Let 'Love's Waves' surround us,
For it's you I adore.
From the day that we met
We have been side-by-side.
God gave us His Blessing
When you made me your bride.
While locked in your arms
I feel safe and secure,
I am humbly blessed
With strength to endure.
My head on your chest,
I can hear your heart beat,
We're so in love with each other,
I close my eyes; and you sleep.
If you are hurt; my heart weeps,
When you smile; I feel elated.
Your embrace makes me tremble
Till passion is sated.
No matter what life
Throws in our direction,
With your hand in mine,
I need no more protection.
Let time roll by
Like the crash of the Wave,
These moments in time
Are all I shall save.
Let 'Love's Waves' surround us,
I can't ask for more,
Than to spend my life with you,
For it's you I adore!
