The Special AngelThere was a special angel who couldn't seem to get it right. He knew the angel guidelines but wouldn't spread his wings in flight. Kinda' rough around the edges with a halo made of felt and a rugged charm about him that could make a cold heart melt. We all loved to be around him. He would somehow draw you in for He was a special angel and a very special friend. His sweet voice filled the air when He stood to sing a song. God, that angel was a treasure and we knew it all along. His smile was one so precious you could never see his strife. What this angel wanted most was to be loved by all in life. He would ask the Lord for help to do the best He could. He tried so hard to be strong and do the things He should. Yes, that angel just kept trying never knowing of his worth until one day God decided He had done enough on earth. We will miss our special angel for He played so many parts but the memories we have of him will stay within our hearts. Written by: Sherri Burrows Edited by William Coates In memory of James R.
