Maybe Tomorrow
From this life I live
I really don't ask much
Just to walk my road
free of daily pain and such
There are days I feel trapped
and struggle to be free
each nite freedom is found
upon bended knee
I give what I can
maybe to some its not enough
but in looking back
most days are so very rough
A free ticket I have found
Well there is no such thing
In this life there is a price
of destiny always calling
The lessons I have learned
upon the roads I walked alone
some days are filled with sunshine
others just chill you to the bone
Each nite upon my pillow
my head lays to rest
yet forever in wonder
of all tomorrow's quests
Fame and fortune
Oh I really have no need
God Family and Friends
is upon what my soul feeds
My deepest heart felt wish
is a day without sorrow
For life to be a bit sweeter
Who knows... Maybe Tomorrow...
