Lead Me Lord
Jesus, Lord, my God and King-
Unto Thee my heart I bring!
Be Thou with me ever more-
Lead the way to Heaven's shore.
Take me Master by the hand-
This broken life to command.
Cleanse the blackened soul within-
Save me Lord- from evil's whim.
Hold me, Jesus, close to You-
Be the Guide in all I do.
Train me in the way to go-
Teach me- so your truth I know.
Keep my thoughts from yesteryear-
Tend my wounds; don't let them rear.
Put to rest all doubts and fears-
Loose me from the pain and tears.
Walk me, Jesus, through this life-
Through the struggles and the strife.
Stay my eyes on You alone-
Keep me- near Your holy throne.
Jesus, Lord, my God and King-
Unto Thee my self I bring!
You'll be with me evermore-
Lead me now to Heaven's shore.
