 Gorden Brown 2020
You talk about the state of our economy
And what you'll do for our fading country
Moral panic sets in about the credit crunch
As you discuss our failing state over lunch
I see banks close and money fall
But that's the price of wanting it all
Millions gone before you cry “NO!”
Billions gone before I say “ I told you so”
House prices plummet like hail stones
But who was going to live in all those new homes?
The millions of foreigners you let in to our Capital
When as a country we're already full
Britains lost its national pride
History will show how we died
How one man brought us down
You'll be talked in History Class, Gordon Brown.
