From the heart

Mother Nature

Out in the country and fields of green
theres far more beauty than i've ever seen
it's mother nature at its very best
a beautiful starling building her nest
nice and warm tucked in the hay
a tiny dormouse hides away
hiding from the farmer's dog..
is a sleepy eyed little hedgehog
in the forest running near..
theres a shy, but graceful baby deer
on the pond with no care for tommorow
is mother duck as her ducklings follow
in the barn you will find an owl..
where the cheeky fox will dare to prowl
across the feild, under the hedgerow
is a family of badgers building their burrow
in a run down old barn, making it wider
she's building her web, it is the spider
a squirell collects nutts to hide away
to save them for a winters day.
nature's such a lovely site..
but mostly comes to life at night.
