Cross eyed Rottweiler

My great big old Rottweiler gave me a surprise
When I woke one morning to see he had crossed eyes

I took him to the vet to see what had changed his eyes
The Vet said “I will take a look, at this pup that's supersize

He lifted him, turned him left and right , then fully all around
Through gritted teeth he said to me, “I'll have to put him down”

I screamed “Just cause he's cross eyed you say my dog should die!”
He answered,“ because he's heavy I must put down this big old guy.”

I heard this as a joke and thought it might be fun to turn it to a poem.
I hope this causes you to laugh and helps you have a better day.
