She has to ask, because the rules are that the woman makes the rules and all men must follow all the rules and only women know what all of the rules are and if a man ever learns all the rules which he most likely never will, the woman has the right to change the rules so he no longer knows what the rules are so she will have to tell him. Some men never listen when she tells him the rules and those men often go out and get another woman who has her own set of rules and he doesn't listen to them either. The best way to get men to listen to the rules and have him try to follow the rules, which he never will follow completely right no matter what, is to make him feel like he is your hero. There is no point in trying to get a man to follow your rules if he is an abuser of people or mind altering substances.
