My Christmas WishAnother year to soon pass by again for you my muse I'll try, a message here for all I send to those unknown, those a friend. I ask you all to give a thought set aside from what you've brought, to think of those alone this year that have no home or Christmas cheer. I wonder how their going to feel those lost, lonely, unloved, those ill, their out there now, frail and cold from children young to pensioners old. Look around you'll see them there with you a smile I bet they share, yet they wont celebrate at all Why? because we let them fall. We walk on by without a care It's not our fault that they are there, that life for them turned out so cruel It's not our fault, not ours at all. So here my Christmas wish this year they don't have to live in fear, that people stop not walk on by risk a tear within your eye. I wish for all, yes everyone no one suffer, no not none, that society wakes, looks to see help them out set them free. The picture above is real and from Moscow 2007. they were at the time all homeless. I just Wonder whilst we eat the Christmas Turkey geting Merry and enjoying the hundreds of wased pounds we spend this year what are the genuine homeless and lonely people going to be doing. Food for thought. I chose this song as i feel it would be all their dreams. Merry Christmas Everyone. Poetry Ad-Free Upgrades Vote for this poem
