Sowed Of Seed
The universe of cosmic dust
Each speck of space you made for us
Before our birth, before our time
You made it so with us in mind
Like grains of salt to give flavor
Man you made to seek and favor
To worship you, a trait to share
The love Of Christ and all he bared
The Earth we walk formed by your hands
The fruit of tree, deserts of sand
Would grow and lay across vast lands
Of seed you sowed, this too for man
The love you made and gave freely
Your only son who paid dearly
Was seen that day laid quite clearly
Salvation's seed on cross sincerely
Sowed of seed unseen, not sowed
Before you GOD, man fails to hold
Yet still you wait to see flourish
Mans heart unclean and soul malnourished
You sowed, man reaps your treasures planted
Taken and raped, taken for granted
Yet in your heart you still forgive
What some reject and yet to give
Sowed of seed, we write today
Because you asked for us to say
Where are the flowers I've given breath
Children of mine, vain and faithless
