~Your Love~
Your love has touched the core of my soul
shielded my heart and made me whole
Your love hums a sweet melody like wind chimes in the
majestic wind, calming and comforting my spirit within
every moment spent with you is well spent
you kiss my heart gently and broke my defense
Your love is like inhaling the fragrance of a newborn flower
growing so gracefully in my heart every sec,min and hour
Thoughts of you carries me to a different place and time
where love is held captive, sacred and always divine
Your love shadows me like a shaded tree on a hot summer day
cooling my passion as we so intimately lay
Your every kiss, your every touch, heals me, and
causes me to spread my wings and fly.
Your love is something my heart and soul
never could deny.
Your love came in and stole my heart like a thief in the night
wrapped it up in your divine love and brought it to the light.
Your love embraced me and eased away my pain
and with me always I hope your love remains
