I have never encountered a trial
Not one valley somehow,
HIS FAITHFULNESS
He always was right on time,
Never left my side!
Many time I had doubts
Though I let fear subside,
Still he remained
He saw me through it all,
In my darkest hours,
HIS FAITHFULNESS arise
Made me stronger more wise,
I have seen the light!
Lived to tell,
Of HIS FAITHFULNESS
Times I thought all was hopeless,
To weary and weak to pray
Right in the midst of my agony,
He heard and seen the cry of my heart,
No matter the situation at hand
Or circumstance!
A word of comfort always came,
Letting me know he was not a God afar!
HIS FAITHFULNESS never fails,
Would always prevail!
His love surpasses all understanding
Divine, Able, Almighty and Endless,
Comforter Holy, Father
