Let us unite (edited version)
When the worlds down and unable to cope.
From somewhere it finds a ray of hope.
The people all seem to pull together.
Knowing they can rely on each other.
When disaster strikes people unite.
Sent from other countries over night.
Different cultures working for the same thing.
Helping a fellow country in mourning.
Shame it takes disasters for us to combine.
It don't seem to be done any other time.
Theses are lessons were yet to learn.
Will we ever be able to learn.
Can we put hate behind us all.
Become a world that stands tall.
Holding on to hope the world round.
Living on an earth so profound.
Thoughts of peace are much alive.
But we all need to help it thrive.
