"The Oneness In US"
When we lead with our hearts and deeply delve
And pay no regard to outside influences of the mind
Both of us, are true to each other, and to our own true selves
With eyes so beautiful, and heart ever clear
Promises made, promises kept
Open arms to hold you near and dear
Emotions erupt from out of the clear blue skies
They are mood swings from our lows to our highs
Meant to be felt, whether understood or in disguise
Half shirt, ponytail, grin from ear to ear
Accepting the depths of your love
Helps explain each and every tear
Side by side, from walks in the sand to dreams through the night
The purity of a love ever strong, takes flight
Each blessed morning brings a new glorious heartfelt sight
Spines tingle, hands shake
Creating love on the beach
Bodies quiver and quake
When we are both honest with ourselves, individuality dissolves
The truth in our love happens naturally together
And the Oneness in US, destined and meant to be, evolves
Strawberries dipped in chocolate elation
Served with fingers of delicacy and charm
Nourishments of the soul, God's creation
