Sinner
As shadows fall upon day light
And night rolls on in
Down on bended knees i go
To admit this awful sin.
A sin that i love another
Someone that i barely know
Following footsteps behind him
Wondering now where to go
Lost is my heart to another
Blind to the waves of his charms
Longing to be besides him
Tight in his loving arms
Down on these knees i pray
For the sin that i might commit
I cant hold back this emotion
As i rot in this lonely pit
Will i be forgiven for loving
Or pushed away by the hand of god
For i have forsaken his commandments
My father my heavenly rod.
