Poetry that thinks out loud

Cherish each hour

Religions are they as they may seem.
The way our lives should have been.
Are they merely an illusion of the truth.
More along the lines of the devils spoof.

Is the truth of god something were meant to know.
Or like the bible says the truth wasn't meant to show.
Are we curious like eve was of the apple.
Should we be hunting the truth within a chapel.

Is part of the bible telling us not to seek more.
To accept the lives we got and enjoy what its for.
To be innocent and to just accept what we see.
Instead people look for truth causing fatality.

Secrets of life were not meant to understand.
The control of this planet isn't in anyone's hand.
Not by world leaders who think they have power.
We should honor our lives and cherish each hour.
