I Know I Bang On About It!!!L.A.D.I.E.S. L.I.S.T.E.N. H.R.T. Well, I know I bang on about it, What it can cause that you can't see! If you're young and have no ovaries, You'll end up with osteoporosis like me! It's called; ‘The silent killer' and why? Because we can't see the ‘silent' damage!! Until something happens, like a fractured spine, And also finding it difficult to manage! Cos that's what happened to me you know! It crept up on me for many years, They knowing without me having HRT, Would bring about a load of fears!!! Oh but the trouble it causes ladies! It almost ruined this life that I live! And I don't want anyone to suffer like me! So my input I always make sure I give! The ‘silent killer', the name given is apt! For the body ages into many a year! For instance, they said my body thought it 8o… …At just 39!! And for a while I lived in fear!! And I'm not going into that in public! Cos it's very personal to me you see! Maybe then you will change your mind, And start using it, just like me! But my choice was not a choice, It was neglect, I slipped through the net! So please take the time to ask me! And I'll tell you all that you can get! And it's not a case of; you might! It's the fact of the matter, its it will! And this can be prevented, With an HRT patch on your bum, or a pill!
