No Clue.........
Keys before me give no clue,
I sit and wonder what to do.
What about the book I read,
It's clever thoughts have left my head.
A plane passes in the night,
My mind is black- devoid of light.
An ice cream van rings it's bell,
I still have nothing sweet to tell.
The washer swirls in circles- swift,
But my dull mind just will not shift.
My man is searching on the net,
I still have found nothing yet.
I get a coffee- strong and sweet,
At last I feel almost complete.
But inspiration still won't come,
So this will have to do!!
