"Spring 2009"
As the season of Spring comes our way,
The flowers will bloom,and the children will play.
I feel that slight taste of dew,
In the morning when the day is new.
Spring is like a tease for me,
It's not as warm as I want it to be.
I'm not complaining nor am I sad,
The weather getting warmer that makes me glad.
I noticed in the morning as the birds chirp and sing,
I feel all the nature around me oh what a wonderful thing.
Spring is here so let's rejoice and keep the faith my friend.
Spark up the grill, bring on the beer, Summer's round the bend.
