Stand Against the Devil
Give witness onto the Lord,
No longer to be ignored;
As the ones whose minds embark,
With thoughts that are in the dark.
Life with God to them is odd.
Thinking the Bible as fraud;
Sort of like a fairy tale,
Or soap operas unveil.
Their hearts are as hard as steel,
Not humble enough to kneel;
Their only passion is lust,
With their greed that that they trust.
All because they do not know,
Exactly how blessings flow;
Since their unclean desires,
Are lighting evil fires.
You know on dealing with Christ,
And how much He sacrificed;
As reflected on how He taught,
And for His life what it bought.
So that is why I proclaim,
We should be doing the same;
Stay clear of the evil one,
But pay homage to the Son.
