GIVE AND TAKE
I took a walk down memory lane.
Reflected on times had it all to gain.
Past events and what became.
If done again would it be the same.
This is a question many ask.
Many live a lie behind a mask.
Always after more than they got.
Happy with life? That they're not.
What in life makes you want more.
What in life are you looking for.
Are you aware, are you unsure,
of what it is that you want more.
Within any life joys are there.
But it can depend on if you care.
And if your minds then elsewhere.
There'll be no love for you to share.
