Revelations…

Life is very strange you know,
It has many a twist and turn,
But everything we face each day,
Is yet another lesson we learn!
We learn that we have to put our trust…
And leave our fate in His hands,
As we travel through this life He gave us,
And take His words to the barren lands.

For not all are as lucky as us,
In other lands people have nothing at all,
And some don't know of Christ you know,
So they wouldn't know His call!
If He called to them, would they listen?
Bear in mind, they don't know who He is!
For how can they know, when they know not-
That this life we have, we, the sheep - are His!

So we need to spread the word of God,
And let those who don't know, know!
And tell the story of Christ, Our Lord,
Everywhere we ever go!
A little word here, and little word there,
Like the ripples on the sea…
The words grow larger, the sea becomes vast,
And in the arms of Jesus they will be!

For they would be confused, I guess?
If they felt a whisper or a pull at their heart,
How can they let the Holy Spirit in…?
When they don't know where to start?
So they need to feel the fire we have,
Deep down in the barren land!
And teach them the way of Christ Our Lord,
So He can lead them by His hand.

For without knowledge, is no understanding,
And without understanding wisdom is lost,
So the people who are scattered like blowing seed,
To the winds of the world, are tossed.
But once they know of Jesus, the Son of God,
And they understand what they didn't know,
Then this understanding is the knowledge,
That will allow their wisdom to grow!

So the Fear of the Lord is wisdom,
And wisdom is the key…
So open that door, and believe…
And walk in the hands of Christ, like me!
