 Relaxation
When you need a break from the day's assaults;
This is one of the ways to achieve relaxed results.
Sit in the quiet, and simply breathe in and out;
Be aware of your nostrils, your breaths normal route.
Gently let your thoughts come to the tip of your nose;
Any interfering thoughts, just release them I purpose.
Soothing sensations sweep across your calm flesh;
As your thoughts and your breath slowly begin to mesh.  
Close your eyes and open your ears to background noise;
Allow yourself to begin to float as you regain your poise.
Breathe in, breathe out, slowly breathe in again fully aware;
Enjoy the peaceful time, relax, calm, sweet escape so rare.
Ten or fifteen minutes of this time set aside to your self;
Will keep you in the flow with life, as you avoid the shelf.
Now you are ready to reach out and grab life for all it's worth;
This is the doorway that leads to the secret of peace on earth.
