*~After The Joy Fades*~
The tides of discontent beat relentless against the shore
Happy sounds of laughter cannot be heard anymore
Disappointment cast shadows across her fair cheeks
Silence exist where man and wife used to speak
After the joy fades away nothing remain the same
Their cozy nest for two lacks intimacy's warm flame
The stress of daily living demands a high price to pay
Two worn out hearts contemplate calling it a day
But one last effort caused a total shift of the tide
The wife realized there was one path she hadn't tried
A gentle confrontation was the answer to their distress
To bring awareness to the forefront would ensure happiness
