THE MASTER OF ALL THE SEA
The waves that once tossed me
are the same waves that I now ride
when I turned to trust YOU
was the moment YOU turned the tide....
Smooth water sure appears steady
so calming and tranquil
teaching me trust in the raging sea
quelled and made me still....
Once I let go of my life-raft
for sure I thought I'd drown
But tried and true YOU came through
lifting me to higher ground....
Fearful no more of sinking
like a shipmate that's lost control
Jesus You are my anchor
YOUR the CAPTAIN OF MY SOUL...
Commanding the roaring waters
"BE QUIET" and "BE STILL"
even the winds obey YOU
and surrender to YOUR WILL....
Storms once caused me to hide Lord
but now I'm brave as can be
I'll face the storm to gain knowing
THE MASTER OF ALL THE SEA!

He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, "Quiet! Be still!"
Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.
