You've heard the words when I return and the town I love so well
My day has come and I'm going home to the country I love so well
I'm going home to the land I love but 'never seen
My life is moving and I have a lifetime dream
My dream has arrived and I'm going home
I've seen it all and I hear the call, my time has come at last
On paradise slopes, with my Celtic past, this is not the last
I've been around and I've sung our songs with pride
I'm coming home at last. No name I'll have to hide
I've made it to Ireland and I feel at home at last
I've captured my country, I'm peacefull at last
