Countless the innocent, millions no doubt
Account for these children today write about
Of men who flew South when child would be born
Bastards themselves leaving women they've scorned
In my life span we've run into them
Talking as if it's ok to condemn
Children their own, seed of the system
No problem they're cared for welfare will assist them
Cowards they are, leaving stranded the many
Many they are, many under twenty
No difference it makes for they too are bastards
Leaving children when born for mom to look after
This write may offend with language and content
The many that feel, women who consent
To share bedside manners with men no intention
To care for offspring, whose name they won't mention
At 54 I've seen many victims
Single parent, mothers today who have with them
Fatherless children, living under pressure
Asking mother, wheres daddy, answers silence can't measure
To woman who cares for and fends for her own
We wish you Gods blessings with these words we've sown
Before Him our maker who calls you His own
Child like your children He'll never disown
Dedicated to the mothers who father their children
