Where Peaceful Poetry Flow

 If Tomorrow Never Comes

I want you to know that you were the best of me
The true expression of love between two hearts,
The kissing, the loving I would truly miss
Now that we are truly apart.

Know that you were my life, my heartbeat
And my every thought of you,
I cry tears of hurt and pain
My world is forever changed...so cold and blue.

I was blessed when you came along
Once here, now forever gone,
Know that I will always remember the smile on your face
The wink of your eye, your loving, sensual embrace.

I will hold onto loving impressions
Heartfelt talks, your facial expressions,
You gave me happiness so deeply implanted
Never taking your love for granted.

Now never hearing you say "I Love You" again
I will truly miss my most cherished friend,
I wish I could of held you longer
One day my heart will grow stronger.

My heart is just an hollow drum
For you my love, tomorrow did not come.
