I'm Watching A Man On The TV...

I'm watching a man on the TV,
He's seeking out snakes, the poisonous kind!
And putting himself at very great risk!
With every snake that he does find!!
He's picking up rattlesnakes,
Picking them up with a kind of stick!
Opening their mouths using a screwdriver,
While I'm feeling really sick!!

Sick at the thought of a bite!
Cos if he is, he's going to be dead!
Why, oh why do they do it!!
Foolish men with notions in their head!
Then he picked up another snake,
And I can't remember its name,
But again, the bottom line is,
The risks of a bite are just the same!!!

Do they not have any sense?
That they have a dangerous hobby!
At the end of the day, I know this!
His idea of fun just isn't for me!!
I wonder about his wife though,
Wonder how she really feels about this?
At the end of the day, he may not come home,
For every day in the jungle its hit and miss!!

I guess she must be okay with it?
But I know that I wouldn't be!
Cos I love my husband that much!
I want him alive and here with me!!
But I know if they have a passion,
They don't care about the danger of a bite,
And their wife must accept this...
So I guess, for them, it's alright!
