 Only At Night
As sunset yields to dusk today
We'll take a breath and find our way
To where no one but you and I
Will share a few long lost love sighs

The evening sky will shed it's stars
Upon us both although quite far
Are you away, maybe in thought
With hope you catch what we have caught

These stars that seem to call to me
Your name upon what use to be
A heart though frail that beats for you
So loved, so missed, that breathes you too

My chat with them seems like chapters
In dusty book, you once looked after
Where you would say, take care of this
Dusting it off with breath yours kissed

Dreamer I am for it is where
Our best we show where some won't dare
To tell of love once had and lost
To tell of you at any cost

This place at night I keep secret
Where soul mine hopes yours too lets
If for awhile my head to press
Upon your lap, shoulder we rest

My thoughts in write may just fall short
Hard to describe what still holds court
Inside of us, who pleads their case
Of love with night and with great haste

You see night comes but soon will go
Taking whats left, can you propose
To it, asking please stay a while
With me who fights this daily trial

Night of stars Pictures, Images and Photos

Only at night, my heart feels justice
