Having Peace with God
By faith God has approved,
To have all sins removed;
So the past conflicts cease,
And we can be at peace.
All from what had been done,
Through Lord Jesus His Son;
And now we have a path,
To be spared from His wrath.
We brag in confidence,
Being in accordance;
Just as the Scriptures say,
Love honor and obey.
But also endurance,
And having tolerance;
To suffer in distress,
Knowing that God will bless.
So I am not ashamed,
Of what I have proclaimed;
For the love in the heart,
Is from God to impart.
What has been sacrificed,
Through the Lord Jesus Christ;
Demonstrates such a love,
That God has from above.
