It's all so fast
Faster than I can capture
Memories made
So full
I haven't time
To write it all down
To recall
For later times
For reflection
Or recollection.
My only solace
Is that it has been
Rich and full
Not a drop wasted.
There are blurs
Of time
Feelings
Moments
The vastness
Of life
And love
Nature
And humanity.
Poets making love
With each other
And nature
Vast desert vistas
Rain making wet
Sage for miles
The parfume
Of mother earth
Lightning
Making pointed
Points
During poetry
Returning home
Renewed
Resolving the past
And redemption
In forgiveness
In a river
Surrounded by friends
Santos the Husky
Finding a new home
Packages to old friends
Multicolored plastic bracelets
Chalk spread across
Concrete beaten
By rain and hail
I could not hold back
Gardens of Flowers
Planted by a great
White witch
And the death
Of her Black cat
Brown Places
And ships masts
Food orgasmic
As if there were
Any other kind
For me
Kindred spirit
Timed perfectly to meet
At long last
Cats eating fairies
Makes for bad breath
And blessing tickets
Is more fun than winning
But I do anyway
Learning the secrets
Of the white Apple from
Superheroes
Who don't wear capes
Poetry books
On Amazon,
An Amazonian feat
Shopping for paper
Found buried treasure
Of rice paper scrolls
I knew existed but couldn't
Prove
Until the universe led us to it.
Big ass bruises
Loving kisses
Happy Marks
Great food
Old friends
Reconnected
Party planning
And Pirate Lords
Dragonfest will have its
Happy dancing naked woman
Return with little
Silk flowers
While the universe adds more
With tickets and movies
More bountiful than I can
Ask.
Friends in sacred circles
Having divine conversations
While bi polar friends
Swim around the light
I have to heal
Us all.
I can't remember it all
And that is ok too
The world is so fast
But I loved
And lived
And used every
Precious moment
Like I would
Never have it again.
