I Wait Within Her Garden
Like a songbird singing softly,
She warms me at the break of dawn.
Teasing, pleasing, always gentle,
She binds me with her silken song.
Sympathetic orbs so tender,
The color of a newborn fawn,
Hold me captive like a fly in amber.
Her grip so tender its hold lifelong.
Such sweet innocence painted brightly.
A she seeks my sanction with her eyes.
Delicate steps that glide so lightly,
She's lost in time and so am I.
Come dance for me my gentle geisha.
Bring me peace with your sweet song.
Let your hair down soft and flowing,
Like a garden water fall.
