to go somewhere
take in the scents,
breathe in the scenery
fill the senses with colour
over-spilling emotions
taking in the vibes
being with someone of similar mind,
walking home hand in hand,
smiling, and quietly peaceful in the knowledge
they too have felt the same
sit and while away the evening hours
glass of wine in hand
cuddled up in front of a roaring fire
snuggled within a rug,
chatting discussing, sharing the experience
letting the other in, giving,
how the experience touched your soul
to share the beauty,
to relate the experience
pass on the excitement
receive a different aspect, one perhaps not considered?
to give understanding of something untouchable
something held so precious deep within your heart
