This Fella Who Prays...There's this fella who prays for me, I've yet to meet him some-time soon! You see, he's very close to God, And he thinks that I'm a loon! He prays for me every day, And I think that he's so very kind! But I've come to know, that's typical Ken, And you know, he really doesn't mind! And I have him up the wall you know! Every day I'm hounding him more! And I'm sure he'll get fed up real soon, Cos this poet knows the score! I mean to say, my emails... Are somewhat, errrm, slightly long? Well what ya expect, I'm prolific!! So really, is that so wrong? Well anyway, where was I? Oh yes, poor Ken, I'm driving him insane! I send him emails all the time, Then I send him some more again! But he really is a little star! Of that, it's very true! Praying for people all the time, Even you'd think he's a star too! So he's going into hospital tomorrow, In the morning, don't ya know! And I think he's rather nervous! But tough, cos he's got to go!! So instead of him praying for me, My prayers are for him this night! I mean to say, at the end of the day, I think it's only right!! So Ken when you get this poem, It will be finished, it'll all be over! And if you're reading this right now, It means your home; in your bed of clover! For the grass is not always greener you know, Nope, not always on the other side! Cos once you're been in the hospital, There's nowhere to run or hide!! But joking all aside now Ken, I'm glad that it's over for you! And while I'm at it, I want to say... God bless you for all that you do! Cos you're a star! Shining bright for Jesus!
